Three years ago, Dr. Rob and Dr. Dawn Cadwallader relocated to Sun Prairie after running a successful Chiropractic and Physical Therapy office in Tennessee for 12 years. In order to help more people in the area they have expanded to open their second location in Madison on the Capitol Square at 44 East Mifflin. They wanted to be closer to family and get back to their Midwestern roots. Dr. Rob was born in Appleton, WI, and raised in Iowa. Dr. Dawn grew up south of Madison, in Monroe. They are among the area's leading health professionals.
